What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations require 30 days written notice before the next billing date. Founding memberships follow the same policy.
What is your late cancel / no-show policy?+
Late cancels within 12 hours of class and no-shows result in a class credit deduction or a $15 fee for class-pack holders.
Do unused classes roll over?+
Monthly membership classes do not roll over. Class pack credits are valid for 6 months from purchase.
Can I use my membership for both mat and reformer?+
Studio Collection and Unlimited memberships cover both mat and reformer classes. Essential and Signature memberships are format-specific.
