Reformer Pilates

Reformer

The reformer is a spring-resistance machine that guides your body through movement with support and precision. Unlike traditional exercise, the reformer works with you — meeting your body where it is and building strength from the inside out. Approachable for complete beginners, deeply effective for seasoned practitioners.

Mat Pilates

Mat

Mat Pilates is the foundation of the practice — your body, your breath, and intentional movement. No equipment, no barriers. Just a focused, grounding class that builds core strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling more connected to your body than when you walked in.

Common Questions

Do I need any Pilates experience?+
None at all. Our intro packages are specifically designed for first-timers. Our instructors will guide you through every movement.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?+
Let us know when you book. Pilates is one of the best modalities for people with injuries or limitations — our instructors are trained to modify for your needs.
How is reformer Pilates different from regular Pilates?+
Mat Pilates uses only your bodyweight. Reformer Pilates adds spring resistance, which supports and challenges your body simultaneously — it's often more accessible for beginners because the springs assist the movement.
What size are your classes?+
We keep our group classes small and our Foundations classes even smaller, so you always have the instructor's attention.
Is this connected to Balanced Health?+
Yes. Balanced Body Pilates is the movement extension of Balanced Health — we're inside the same building, guided by the same whole-body philosophy.
After my intro package, what's next?+
We'll help you find the right membership for your schedule and goals. Most clients transition into our Signature or Studio Collection memberships.
