How We Started
Balanced Body Pilates grew from something we were already witnessing every day at Balanced Health.
After years of working closely with women navigating changes in energy, strength, and overall health, one thing kept coming up — traditional workouts weren’t meeting them where they were. Women came to us feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, or simply unsure of what their body actually needed. They were doing the right things, just not in the right way.
What they needed wasn’t another gym. They needed movement designed with their whole health in mind — guided, not pushed. Restorative, not depleting. Built on the same principles we’d been applying to their care.
So we built it. Right here, inside the same building where that care begins.
Balanced Body Pilates is the movement extension of Balanced Health — a space where the understanding we’ve developed over years of working with women’s bodies shapes every class, every method, every experience. Where strength is built in a way that actually serves the body. Where you feel as good walking out as you do walking in.
